Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, password hash), profile information you enter, resumes you upload and the text we extract from them, applications and their status, job postings, company details, messages such as contact requests, usage records (pages viewed, jobs viewed, searches) and technical data (IP address, browser, device). Employers and recruiters also give company and consultant details.
How we use it
To run the service: match and show jobs, deliver applications and resumes to the employer you applied to, send the notifications and alerts you chose, prevent fraud and abuse, and answer support. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who sees your profile
Employers see your resume when you apply to their job. If you choose to be searchable, employers see your profile in talent search; with the anonymous setting your name and contact details stay hidden until you accept a contact request. You can hide your profile from named companies. Every resume view by an employer is logged and shown to you.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays while your account is open. When you delete your account, your profile and unsent resumes are removed within 30 days; resumes already sent with an application stay with that employer, detached from your account, as the record of that application.
Your rights (California and elsewhere)
You may ask for a copy of your data (Account settings, Your data: an export arrives by email within 24 hours as a signed link), correct it, delete it, opt out of optional emails (one-click unsubscribe in every optional email) and ask questions at privacy@recruitdock.com. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. Authorised agents may act for California residents with written permission.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, uploads are scanned for viruses, and access by staff is logged. No service is perfectly secure; tell us at security@recruitdock.com if you find a problem.
Children
The service is for people 18 and over.
